This curry is so good, we are going to give you a recipe already: 2 lbs Meat, Poultry, lobster in cubes or shrimps. 2 tsps Oriental Curry Powder 2 Garlic gloves 2 oz cooking oil 1 large onion 2 Irish potatoes Directions: Cut meat, poultry or lobsters (leave whole shrimps). Add curry, crushed, garlic, sliced onion and salt to taste. Marinate 15 - 30 minutes. Heat oil, add meat, saute 2-3 minutes. Cover and simmer until cooked. Suggestion: Serve over white rice and enjoy!!!
